I have had success with several MLM programs in my time as part of the multilevel marketing industry. I have seen all kinds of products and programs and I am always trying to keep up with what is current in the field. The
Numis Network is a new contender in MLM but the people behind it are not.
I always look at the same three things whenever I look into an MLM program such as the Numis Network. I look at the product, the company and its founders, and the marketing materials made available to the distributors.
The Numis Network product is not new though I cannot recall seeing it offered by any multilevel marketing program in the past. Numismatics is essentially the study and collection of currency. In short "coin collecting." The Numis Network's product is collectible coins. They currently do not have a lot different collectible coins though they have announced plans to add coins graded by different agencies as well as different coins than the MS70 American Eagle Silver Coin they presently offer.
At this time the Numis Network is only offering MS70 American Eagle Silver Dollar coins. They have future plans to add different coins from various collectible coin certification groups to their product line. If the current recession continues to turn around the Numis product might look very appealing.
The people behind the Numis Network are not new to the MLM industry. Well, most of them are not. Three of the four founders have lots of experience with the MLM business. For instance Ian Cordell and Christopher Kent were partners and founders of IDSTC. IDSTC was a company that specialized in creating web based tools to make it easier to grow, develop, and manage an MLM business. Jake Kevorkian was president of Vaxa and currently hosts Consumer Education Network on AM Radio out of Tampa Bay. To make sure that somebody who knows about coins was involved, Mike Mezack, "celebrity numismatist" of the Home Shopping Network was brought on board.
When you look at the accomplishments of Ian and Chris with their previous venture, IDSTC, it only seems reasonable to expect that the back office tools and marketing materials provided by Numis Network will be top notch. The quality of these tools will be irrelevant if a distributor lacks the marketing knowledge needed to use them effectively.
The Numis Network was launched in June of 2009 making it a relative new comer in the MLM industry. Many people think that it is essential to get in early if you want to succeed with MLM. This is not really true, but it can certainly be helpful if you can get in to a program early.
The single most important thing that determines if an individual succeeds or fails in multilevel marketing is their knowledge of how to market. This is true of the Numis Network and every other MLM opportunity out there. With the right marketing knowledge you can turn any MLM into a successful home business.
